The marina is just 20 minutes away from the blue water. The dockmaster will check your boat regularly and make sure the bilge pumps and batteries are in order.

Interior cleaning, hull maintenance, prop changing, varnishing, teak care, and electrical and air conditioning repair can all be arranged. Hauling facilities are available nearby: at Man-o-War can accommodate 58 feet and 50 tons; Abaco Yacht Services at Green Turtle Cay can accommodate 58 feet and 45 tons.

Great room rates for winter cruisers. All 52 rooms and 6 two-bedroom cottages have all of the amenities you would expect of a resort. The Angler's Restaurant, serving excellent international cuisine with a Bahamian flair, is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are several other restaurants close by.

There is a grocery store, a duty-free liquor store, and a branch of Solomon's Mines, which includes a marina store, on the property. Other interesting boutiques are within walking distance.

There are two fresh-water pools, one with a swim-up bar. In addition we have two tennis courts. There is a 24-hour do-it-yourself laundry facility as well as full-service laundry (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) Downtown Marsh Harbour has everything you need, from upholstery and hardware to hairdressers and doctors.
