Poolside Cocktails
Guests can stroll from their evening meal for an after-dinner drink under the stars at the resort's laid-back terrace bar, the Pool Bar. Most nights, local entertainers provide musical invitation for a lively dance, and, by day, the swim-up seating provides the ultimate refreshment. One need not leave the water to enjoy a cool drink or cocktail. For the consummate beach bum, beverage service is also available right on the sand at the tropical Sand Bar.
Breakfast
Breakfast features all of the well known dishes with a special resort touch. Fresh-baked pastries are paired with English jams. Local fruit, melons and berries give the morning a fresh start, and each day the chef presents a unique chilled fruit smoothie. Belgian waffles, French toast and pancakes appeal to sweet-tooth guests, and corned beef hash or smoked salmon are commonly requested delicacies.
The Chef
